Vittorio di Trapani

Vittorio di Trapani (48), a Rai journalist, who was elected President of the Federazione Nazionale della Stampa Italiana (FNSI) in February 2023. He was delegated by the FNSI to participate in meetings and projects of the ‘Carta di Roma’, aimed at implementing the ethical protocol for accurate reporting on immigration issues. The Association was founded in December 2011 and was signed by the National Council of the Order of Journalists (CNOG) and the National Federation of the Italian Press (FNSI) in June 2008.

As President, he also participates in debates with institutions and associations on women and media, gender equality in general, and particularly in sports. He is invited as a lecturer in training courses on journalistic themes, combating discrimination, and civil society topics. From 2012 to 2021, he served as Secretary of Usigrai (Rai Journalist Union).

Having earned a degree in Political Science, he pursued further education at the School of Radio and Television Journalism in Perugia.
