Join us for a dynamic session where esteemed speakers share compelling stories of both challenges and triumphs in safeguarding journalists. This engaging discussion features Nenad Kulačin, a seasoned Serbian journalist, Marina Mandić from the Croatian Ministry of the Interior, and Hrvoje Zovko, President of the Croatian Journalists Association.
The conversation will open with recent cases from Serbia, an EU candidate country, shedding light on the threats journalists face. It will then shift to Croatia, highlighting the collaborative efforts between the Ministry of the Interior and the Croatian Journalists Association to enhance journalist protection.
