Veronica DeVore is the Head of Audience at SWI swissinfo.ch, the International Service of the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation, which publishes news and features from Switzerland in multiple languages. In her current role, DeVore manages swissinfo.ch’s audience engagement, distribution, and content strategy and is a member of the organization’s leadership team. She is mainly focused on how to understand, reach and engage audiences across SWI swissinfo.ch’s ten languages. As the co-chair of the EBU’s A European Perspective project, DeVore works with partner newsrooms across Europe to strategize and execute collaborative initiatives around multi-lingual content sharing, content creation and product development. She has been a featured speaker and collaborator in public media projects across Europe surrounding audience engagement and dialogue.
