Associate Professor at the Politecnico di Milano, Department of Design, he is co-director of DensityDesign Lab, a research group focused on information design and data visualization. His work explores how data and information can be visually communicated to support understanding, critical thinking, and public awareness. Within the lab, he coordinates research, teaching activities, and the design and development of projects centered on the visual communication of data and information. He is one of the authors of RAWGraphs, an open-source platform for creating data visualizations.
