Vittoria Torsello is a freelance journalist covering environmental issues, corporate accountability, and human rights violations across the Mediterranean region. She holds an Erasmus Mundus Master’s degree from the University of Aarhus and Prague. Her stories have been published by The Guardian, BBC, Follow the Money, and IrpiMedia, among others. In 2023, she was a finalist for the Roberto Morrione Award for investigative journalism for her video reportage The Gas Propaganda, which was awarded at Fuorifest and received a special mention at the Life After Oil Film Festival. Vittoria Torsello is a co-founder of Marea Media and a member of the Fada Collective network.
