Maura Gancitano is a philosopher and writer. She is the co-founder of Tlon alongside Andrea Colamedici. Tlon is a cultural and philosophical popularisation project that takes various forms, including a publishing house, bookshops, the Philosophy Festival in Rome and Milan, and the Italian Podcast Awards.

She is the author of several books, notably ‘Specchio delle mie brame. La prigione della bellezza‘ (2022) published by Einaudi. Additionally, Maura has created numerous podcasts for institutions such as the European Parliament, Fondation Cartier, Audible, and RaiPlaySound (with Niccolò Fabi). She also contributes to publications like La Repubblica, Vanity Fair, and Radio24.
