Ute Korinth is a journalist, resilience trainer, and author. She has been the deputy head of an online newsroom for over 20 years and has been giving freelance seminars and training courses on communication, resilience, agile methods, and leadership for more than 10 years. She has developed an 8-week programme for resilience and appreciative collaboration. Ute is author of the book ‘The Buddha loves rafting’ and is a member of the board of the German Federation of Journalists (DJV).
