Vitor Tomé is an expert for the Council of Europe and the European Commission, a lecturer at the Autonomous University of Lisbon, an invited researcher at ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, a teacher trainer, and a freelance journalist. He is currently involved in international research projects focused on Digital Citizenship Education, Media Literacy, Prompt Literacy, and Disinformation, funded by various institutions, including the Council of Europe, the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (EMIFund), and the European Commission. Vitor holds a PhD in Media Education from the University of Lisbon and a postdoctoral degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Algarve, CLEMI-Paris, and the Catholic University of Milan.
