Diletta Bellotti
Diletta Bellotti (Rome, 1995) is a political activist and writer. In 2019, after graduating in International Migration, she launched an awareness campaign to expose labor exploitation in agriculture by Mafias in Italy. In the field, she gained particular prominence for her intersectional contribution to the topic of agro-mafia, especially through transfeminist, post-colonial, and anti-speciesist lenses. She has been a featured public speaker on numerous Italian and European channels, discussing topics such as climate migration, mafia issues, and access to abortion.
In October 2020, her first book, a civic education manual titled ‘The Rebel Toolkit’ was published by De Agostini. Since November 2022, she has been a columnist for l’Espresso, focusing on social movements.
