Divina Frau-Meigs
She is a specialist in cultural diversity, internet governance, and media and information literacy, as well as a researcher in young people’s media uses and practices. She holds the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) chair ‘Savoir-devenir in sustainable digital development’. She is the coordinator of the French National Agency Project TRANSLIT, which looks at the convergence between media and digital literacies.
She is responsible for the implementation of the European project ECO, within the framework program “Competitiveness and Innovation,” which aims to produce MOOCs (massive open online courses), in particular to provide training in the fundamentals of digital humanities. She is an expert with the European Union, the Council of Europe, UNESCO, and several governments and institutions
