This workshop will present an innovative fact-checking methodology designed by Journalism schools and designed for integration into journalism training but with applicability extending to other media professionals and citizens.

This session provides a unique opportunity for participants to actively apply this methodology, gaining valuable insights into the nuances, challenges, and potential pitfalls of effective fact-checking. Emphasising the significance of building a fact-checking mindset, the session will underscore the crucial role such an approach plays in combating disinformation, particularly pertinent in the context of the imminent EU elections, a focal point for the EUfactcheck project.
