Marina Mandić, a graduate in criminology, is an award-winning police officer with over 20 years of experience at the Ministry of the Interior. Originally from Dalmatia, she pursued her education at the Police Academy in Zagreb, where she continued her professional career.

She began her career in criminal police investigations before transitioning to police public relations, eventually serving as the spokesperson for the Ministry of the Interior.

Currently, she works as the Media and Protocol Coordinator in the Minister’s Cabinet. She has participated in the implementation of the European Commission’s Recommendations on ensuring the protection, safety, and strengthening the position of journalists and other media professionals in the European Union.
