Adeline Hulin is Head of the Media and Information Literacy and Digital Competencies Unit at UNESCO in Paris Headquarters. Previously, she worked in the UNESCO Brussels Office where she was responsible of the partnership with EU institutions in relation to freedom of expression and in charge of implementing large-scale EU funded projects promoting information integrity. She also worked for the OSCE as Project Coordinator in the Office of the Representative on Freedom of the Media. Her educational background includes a PhD in Political Science on the topic of media freedom and media self-regulation from the University Paris II Panthéon Assas.
