Mahmoud Nabeel Karrab is a Syrian entrepreneur, chef and cultural mediator based in Thessaloniki.

He is the founder and chef of Laziza Street Food, an independent food concept bringing traditional Syrian and Arabic cuisine to a diverse local audience. He has extensive experience in cultural mediation, interpretation, asylum services and community support, having worked with the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) and the European Asylum Support Office (EASO) in Greece. He has also contributed to refugee community initiatives through cultural, creative and social projects.
