Antal Józing is a Hungarian journalist who has been working for local media for over 25 years. He mainly focuses on political and economic issues. He has been working for the largest Hungarian independent regional website Nyugat.hu for 6 years. In 2018, Antal was awarded the first prize in Transparency International’s investigative mentoring program. In 2022, he represented Nyugat.hu at the Council of Europe’s Committee on Current Affairs in Strasbourg, where he reported on the functioning of the Hungarian local press and specific Hungarian media issues.
