Marco Zatterin, born in Rome, is a European journalist with a career spanning since 1982. He began his journey as a writer in 1986 and has been a member of the staff at La Stampa since 1995. Serving as the Brussels correspondent and European editor for 16 years, Marco has accrued extensive experience in European affairs, macroeconomics, and geopolitics. Since 2016, he has held the position of deputy editor-in-chief. He is the author of several books, including ‘Trafalgar’ (Rizzoli, 2005) and ‘Il Gigante del Nilo’ (Mondadori, 2019). Married to Loredana, Marco has one son, and no pets (unfortunately).
