Irene Oddo is the Design Lead for the Voices project and a member of the Creative Team at the European University Institute. Her role focuses on shaping clear and engaging visual stories from complex research and institutional work.

She creates full brand identities and designs a wide range of materials (from digital and editorial pieces to social media content) frequently using photography, video, and motion graphics to bring ideas to life. For projects like Voices, she is responsible for its entire visual system, ensuring a consistent and compelling look across every platform.

Her background includes a degree in Product and Communications Design from ISIA Firenze. Before joining the EUI, she worked independently on branding, collaborated with the ISIA communications office, and supported festival production and outreach for the Italian cultural association Fabbrica Europa. These diverse experiences allow her to easily connect creative vision with practical execution.
