Deniz Bozkurt
Deniz Bozkurt is a programme and event manager at the European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF). Her work includes managing the IJ4EU Impact Award and organising the annual UNCOVERED Conference, supporting independent journalism and cross-border collaboration, and bringing together investigative journalists from across Europe.
She oversees the Leipzig edition of the Voices Festival, contributing to projects that promote media freedom and facilitate dialogue within European journalism. Bozkurt holds a doctorate in American Studies from Leipzig University.
